Anne-Sophie Burckhardt-Buchs advises domestic and international companies of all sizes, group companies and private individuals on a wide range of business law matters. Her practice focuses on corporate law, contract law and employment law, with particular expertise in company law and corporate governance. Through many years of practical experience, Anne-Sophie Burckhardt-Buchs has gained a thorough understanding of the wide range of legal issues her clients face on a daily basis. Based on this understanding, she develops commercially minded solutions together with her clients that are legally sound, sustainable and efficient. She sees it as her role to find solutions tailored to her clients' individual needs within an increasingly complex legal environment and to enforce those solutions where necessary.
