Martin Böckli advises family-owned businesses, foundations and associations on legal and strategic matters. His practice focuses on supporting shareholders, boards of directors and executive management teams in matters of corporate governance, shareholders' agreements and corporate acquisitions and disposals. He has particular experience in integrating the next generation of business owners and in designing sustainable ownership structures. As a long-standing member of boards of directors and foundation boards, he understands the challenges of entrepreneurial decision-making from first-hand experience.
